After investigating three confirmed incidents, we found that overheating during use can cause a fire hazard. While we have tested a number of units from multiple batches and found that the core safety systems in the product are working as intended, we have still decided to take this proactive step to recall all PowerPack Slim (Gen 1) to ensure the ongoing safety of our customers. **Importantly, this issue is strictly limited to the PowerPack Slim (Gen 1) and does not impact any other SnapWireless products.** ### **What You Should Do Immediately** **1. Stop using the PowerPack Slim (Gen 1) immediately.** **2. Dispose of it safely:** **Option 1:** You can dispose of e-waste items free of charge at your local Bunnings via Electronic Recycling Australia 'Unplug N' Drop' stations. **Option 2:** Search “E-waste disposal near me”, or “E-waste disposal + (your local council)” in google.
